Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Friday everyone! I know this looks a little crazy when you look up close but don’t be scared… This little wig/hat concoction is made from a giant pomelo! My friend Winnie told me that it is tradition to take the pomelo and make decorations from them. She carved this up with gummy bear bow and all for the kids to wear during our little CNY even bash.

Make: Terranium

I need a DIY for a terrranium. There I’ve admitted it. I would like to know what types of succulents to get, what sediment and best methodology for layering…  Doesn’t have to be complicated, but some pretty visuals to get me going is perfect. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the right counter for our studio redo. In the end, I purchased a retro drafting table with old drawers that we now stock with tissue paper and bags for the customers that is perfect for my team to work on while watching customers. I saw on this via Poetic Home and thought it was rather genius…a counter made of vintage re=purposed books!
