Happy Friday everyone! This is the kid version fried rice that Zilla loves…I confess I think he can be persuaded to eat the veggies because of the colors and how he can match them to his chopsticks. Thank goodness for matching chopsicks! It’s almost too embarrassing to list the recipe b/c it contains just steamed rice, turkey ham, mixed vegetables, eggs and scallions. To make it healthy only the veggies and egg are sizzled in a little sesame oil and turkey ham is substituted for bacon. If you want a more quantified recipe here’s one via Notes from Home.
